Epiborw Brow Design Serum & Ultimate Lash Serum Review

epibrow-ultimate-lashserum-x-brow-design-serum

Thick, strong and healthy eyelashes are eyeryone’s dream. I consider myself lucky that I have reasonable eyebrows with some sparse spots. But my eyelashes are not very strong. I have long eyelashes but very thin and fragile. Castor oil was my saviour for all these years but being an oily skin person, it is not a best choice most of the time. Because castor oil is thick and sticky.
About a month ago, I was sent two products from Epibrow, a Brow Design serum and Ultimate Lash serum. Epibrow is an institute which train semi-permanent makeup professional in their Epibrow technology of micro blading. Recently they developed two products to help regrow brow and eyelash hair for healthier look.

Brow Design serum (£55) is a combination of peptides. It is thin, transparent watery liquid and comes in a blue bottle with a brush for easy application. It has strong scent which can put off some people. On first day, I was also a little light headed due to fragrance but it is not terrible. It takes a little while to get use to the scent. Per Epibrow, use brow serum at night for four weeks, take a break for one month and then use it as usual for another month. I did the same, taking a break from product for a moth and then will continue for another month.

My experience with this product was amazing. After about fifteen days I got a compliment that my brows are very well made, although there was no eyebrow product in my brows. For me it worked wonderfully. It made my eyebrow strong and I experienced less fall put so they look naturally thicker and healthy. Losing few hair is a natural process but it speeds up the process of regrowth. I am pretty impress with brow serum and like more than the eyelash serum.

Ultimate Lash serum (£55) comes in a mascara kind of cylinder with very thin brush for precise application, right at the root of eyelashes. The consistency id watery and absorbs quickly in skin. it doesn’t have any fragrance, making is suitable for sensitive skin.

I used eyelash serum for one moth too. As I mention earlier that I have long lashes so length is never as issue for me but because fragile nature, I lose many lashes every month and get big gaps which is annoying and a bit embarrassing too. If I want to do an eye look, I must wait for many weeks to get my lashes in their natural condition. Since I started using eyelash serum, I am surprise to see all my lashes are staying put. I will not say that it made my eyelashes thicker but because every single hair is there, they look thick to me. also, my outer eyelashes are getting ridiculously long.

I had a little issue with serum after a week of usage. It made my lower lash line area slightly dry. To minimise the effect, before applying serum, I moisturise under eye area with tiny amount of rosehip oil. Rosehip oil got rid of dryness and doesn’t let the serum irritate delicate skin. But due to the dryness I had to stop using for a while on my lower lash line.

Both products are expensive but worth it. after using both products for a month, there are still lots of products left which will last me for more than two months. Because of brushes and packaging product loss is minimal, unless you tip the brow serum bottle.

  1. I hardly know about the beauty products because I don't use them. Glad to be blessed with beautiful thick black eyebrows and I hope they stay the same even when I'm older. Some friends I know might be interested in this product, so sharing it with them now.

  6. I like the sound of the lash serum for my mum. My mum has poor eyelashes and often has to get eye lash extensions. I will have to recommend this to her as this could be an effective replacement

  8. If you know how to properly make your eyebrows, you would be shaping them in a way that enhances your entire face, making your features more defined and making you look more striking overall. Manhattan eyebrows microblading
