Blogging Made Easy ft: Penclic B3 Bluetooth Mouse

Main two tools for beauty blogger are computer to draft post and camera to take perfect photos. However, there are few other tools which make whole process like a breeze and more efficient. I am sharing my favourite software and hardware which help me to be more productive.
Microsoft Word
MS Word is the most powerful program I have ever come across. I tried few other drafting softwares too but never got such accurate results. I have MS Word on my laptop and in my iPad. On mobile device means, I don’t have to sit and open laptop specially for drafting post. When I started blogging, I was drafting posts directly in Blogger but it was a terrible idea. Sometimes the window would have crashed and I would lose all my work. Second, it was difficult to add unfamiliar words in the vocabulary of Blogger. Third, grammatical mistakes can’t be easily detected. MS Word is more efficient in finding grammatical mistake. It also enables you to add comments and keep track of editing, if you ever want to go back to the original draft. With new updates, I find it more accurate than Grammarly. I write and most of the time talk in passive voice. Ms Word also suggests to make it direct where it is needed. I can control spelling mistakes. I still find some errors, once my post goes live but they are not near to when I used to write in blogger. I simply copy content from MS document and paste it in Blogger. It is the best tool for formatting, drafting and even for creating a media pack.

Photoshop Express
An easy to use, free and small software which is very powerful when it comes to basic editing of photos. It can be downloaded from Google Play and Apple app store on PC and mobile devices. If you make an account with adobe, you can unlock few more advance features of software. I don’t need to invest in full PS. I suggest, better work on photography than relying completely on editing software. A good photo doesn’t need much editing anyway.

Dropbox
I move my docs and photos among all devices using Dropbox. A brilliant program to make life more easy. It doesn’t take much space on device as well because it is cloud based program. I backup my previous posts and photos and I can access my files anytime anywhere. No more carrying of external hard drive and USBs. It can scan documents for quick attachments and emails.

Pencilic B3 Bluetooth Mouse
It is a new addition in my tools. It is an innovative Bluetooth mouse for my laptop. The idea behind Pencilic is that hitting buttons flat on traditional mouse can strain wrist and shoulder. While working with pen style device, it feels more natural and effortless. Position it to your perfect angle, hold like pen and move around cursor. Right and left buttons are on the pen and the base works as traditional mouse. It is suitable for left hand and right hand. You don’t need to change any settings just turn the pen 180 degree. It takes a little while to use to because it is totally different than what we are familiar with. But remember your first-time handling mouse? I do and I know it was the hardest thing to overcome. I put my index finger on right button which serves as a left button on traditional mouse. My thumb is on black wheel for scrolling up and down, and if I need to press left button (right button on traditional mouse) I use my thumb for that. it is not confusing at all because you handle it as a pen, so it comes naturally. It also comes with a USB cable and one rechargeable battery and charge directly from your computer. The easy to handle design helps to reduce strain on wrist and shoulder for more comfortable hold. Penclic is available here.

  17. That sounds like a super product! I use many of the things you use, but can I recommend the Grammarly app for checking spelling and grammar while writing online? It's a lifesaver!
