Rediscoveries In My Makeup Stash

Desperate times need desperate measures. And in those times I found some long forgotten makeup products in my makeup stash gathering dust, which I loved to death once.
Without further ado, let me introduce you to those little gems from my makeup treasure.

Revlon Illuminance Crème Shadow:

This is the oldest product in my whole collection if I am not wrong, or maybe I need to dig a bit deeper. But anyways, assume it that way for now. I got this little palette of four cream eye shadows from Target USA yonks ago. And to all my astonishment, these eye shadows are still super creamy.

This palette called ‘Not Just Nudes’ containing two matte (skin colour, chocolate brown) and two shimmery eye shadows (Champagne, brown bronzy). My personal favourite is the brown bronzy shade. I tried to capture the bronzy shimmer via camera lens but miserably failed.  All these shades blend gorgeously. They can be used on its own or as a base. They work perfectly both ways. I am really disappointed that Revlon does not offer it in UK and neither other bloggers talked about this much.

Rimmel Kate Moss Lasting Finish Matte Lipstick:

Bought this lipstick earlier this year, wore for a couple of times and then totally forgot. Matte, velvety texture and beautiful vibrant colour pay off. I have it in shade 110, which is peachy undertone orange shade. Simply amazing… I am sure I will wear it in coming days a lot. Sleek Blush in Pixie Pink:

I guess I don’t need to rave about Sleek blushes. Everybody knows how amazing they are. I got one in Pixie Pink last year. Used it to death and then got over it till this year. I broke it out and then used it almost every day in summer. Beautiful colour and so appropriate for everyday use.

Cargo Eye base:

Okay, this was really a desperate time finding when I had to rummage through my stash to find alternate for my UD primer potion. I got this eye base almost two years ago and never used it. But once I started using it I instantly fell in love with it.

But unfortunately this is not available any more because Cargo cosmetics have gone through a complete makeover and substitute it with their HD line.  This is really annoying when you love something and they have to stop making it.

So beauties, dig through all that pile of your makeup and share your findings

Cheers
