I heard so many people are actually really scared of using oil in their hair. I always wonder why. I personally feel that all these expensive shampoo and conditioners only work on the outer surface of your stands and don’t nourish hair from within. Basically, hair cells are dead when come out of the scalp; it is actually the scalp which needs a good look after just like the rest of our body skin. And if scalp is healthy, hair will automatically look healthy and more manageable. Dry and itchy scalp can lead to thinning out of hair and finally hair loss.

Today I am going to talk about Versense Eau de Toilette Natural Spray from Versace which is my ultimate favourite perfume for summer. This perfume was introduced by Versace in 2009 and I got it from Dubai duty free in 2010, I believe.
The perfume is enclosed in a refined crystal bottle. The look of the bottle is so luxurious. Bottle is made with the linear shape and decorated with the Medusa logo. The colour of perfume is light green which screams freshness enclosed.
It has strong notes of citric but at the same time floral notes can easily be distinguished. It is very light and springy/summery perfume. Versense fragrance notes are bergamot, green mandarin, fig, sea lily, cardamom, jasmine, cedar, sandal wood, olive wood and musk.
It is perfect fusion of freshness and sensuality. It gives me a very happy sensation and evokes vital energy. For all of you who are looking for not so sweet perfume, this is the ultimate. I personally don't like very sweet fragrances just like used to wear in my teenage, so that's why I always come back to this perfume in summer. I will highly recommend it.
I hope you enjoy this perfume. Feel free to leave your comment.

Oily skin can be very tricky to handle sometimes, especially in humid atmosphere. It can be prone to spots, discolouration and uneven skin tones. I also have an oily skin and experience all these problems time to time. My approach towards skin care is as much as possible, Natural. So, today I am gonna share a very simple and easy DIY mask to combat these entire problem when apply at least once a week.
It is a chickpea flour mask with lemon and turmeric.
Chickpea flour is also known as besan or garbanzo beans flour. It has been used for ages to clean and exfoliate the dead skin. People have been using this to wash their faces instead of soap. Because it is gentle and also remove any oil and dirt form the skin.
Lemon is a very good bleaching agent. It works very well to fade any post blemish marks and to correct any uneven skin.
Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties, so it cools down all the spot and also prevents spreading the bacteria.
As this mask has lemon in it (although very little amount), so it is recommended to avoid the sun exposure after the application. It is better to apply this mask at night.
Now note down what you will need for this mask:
- Chickpea flour ( Besan) 2 tbspoons
- Turmeric a small pinch
- Lemon 3 to 4 drops
- Rose water or plain water to mix
- Spatula or can use fingers for application
Just mix everything together to make a paste. Apply on your face and neck. Wait for 10 or until dry. Rinse with normal tap water slightly scrubbing it off. You will see an instant effect. Your complexion will look more radiant and fresh.
Do not use any face wash after taking off the mask. If you notice a yellow tint, better to leave it that way and then wash your face with any mild soap in the morning.
P.S. If you have combination skin, you can use few drops of glycerine in it as well to moisturise your skin at the same time :)
I hope you enjoy this mask. Please leave your comments
